That new roaster in Reseda told me to switch to a lighter roast for my espresso blend.
I swapped last week and my regulars are complaining the shots taste sour and thin. Anyone else get burned by a supplier pushing trendy advice that doesn't work for your shop's setup?

Buddy of mine had the same thing happen with their shop in Burbank.

Specifically the "same thing happen" part - what exactly went down with his shop? Was it a slow leak he noticed or did it hit him all at once like a pipe burst? I had a tenant call me once saying "just a little water" and by the time I got there the drywall was basically soup.
