My old tent hit 150 nights out and it's still bone dry

I just logged the 150th night in my Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2, mostly in the wet Pacific Northwest. I fully expected the waterproof coating to give up by now, but after a solid downpour on the Olympic Peninsula last weekend, not a single drop got in. Has anyone else had a tent hold up way past what you thought it would?

How much do you baby that thing? My old tent was toast after half that use, so you must be doing something right. That's some serious luck with the weatherproofing.

Honestly, what's your secret for keeping the coating from peeling?
