Overheard two guys at the coffee shop arguing about "Wonderfalls" needing a comeback
I was grabbing a latte downtown on Thursday and heard them talking about how that show only got 13 episodes but had this whole planned arc that never happened. It got me thinking about other short-lived shows that never got to finish their story. Has anyone else ever tried writing a petition or something to get a network to revive a show or did that fail for you too?

My friend actually tried to get "Freaks and Geeks" revived back in the day. She made a whole website with a petition and even mailed handwritten letters to NBC with a dollar bill attached because she heard it cost a dollar to watch a show back then or something silly like that... She set up a table at the mall one weekend and got like 200 signatures but the network never even wrote back. The whole thing just fizzled out after a few months. She still brings it up every time someone mentions short lived shows though.
