Thinking about going union after years on my own
I've always worked solo, but the health insurance and steady pay from a union job look really good. I'm just not sure if I'll miss picking my own projects. Any of you made this change and have tips?

My buddy switched to a union job last year and says the steady pay beats choosing his own work. Makes you think, is there ever a perfect balance?
