That 'vintage camera' seller on eBay priced a broken Kodak Brownie at $200 like it was rare

I spent 4 years collecting film cameras before switching to digital in 2018, and lately people are slapping 'rare' on anything that looks old, even if the shutter is seized and the lens has fungus growing inside, has anyone else noticed this markup on stuff that barely works?
