Thought the new flexible camera rods were a gimmick until a job in St. Louis.
Had to get around a 90 degree offset in a tight old flue, and my old rigid set just wouldn't make the turn. The supplier talked me into trying the flex rods, and they got the job done in half the time. Anyone else had a tool they doubted that actually worked out?

Funny how that works, right? It's like the universe's weird rule for good service. You find someone who actually knows their stuff and fixes a problem, and suddenly you're a loyal customer for life. Makes you wonder why more businesses don't get that basic idea. A little real help goes way further than any fancy ad.
