Episode 3 with the printer scene and the sauce spill had my blood pressure through the roof too. Have you ever actually worked in a busy kitchen, or does the chaos just hit different when you're watching it from your couch? I feel like people who've done that kind of work either find the show hilarious or need a therapy session after each episode.
