Dropped $400 on a Niche Zero grinder and my $12 drip maker now tastes like a different drink
Bought a Niche Zero for around $400 back in March after using a $60 hand grinder for two years. The difference in my morning cup was not subtle, same beans from the roaster on Main St, same ratio, but way less bitter and I could actually taste the chocolate notes people always talk about. Now I am wondering if I wasted money on the cheap hand grinder all along or if it still has a place for travel. Did anyone here jump straight to a good electric grinder and skip the upgrade path?
