Noticed how coffee boxes now come with more story than substance.

I just want to know how it brews, not read a novel about the farm.

Just scan for the roast date tbh, that's all that really matters...

Hey @jennyb67, didn't I read that how it's stored after roasting is a big deal? I mean, maybe it's just me but that seems important too.

How can you tell if it's fresh otherwise?
