A talk with my friend who runs a small bakery changed how I see content calendars

She said she just posts when she has something good to show, like a new cake, and her followers love it. I was so stuck on posting three times a week no matter what, but her real results made me drop my rigid schedule. Anyone else move away from a strict calendar for something more flexible?

Yeah, I get that @tara623, but forcing posts just to fill a calendar feels fake. The bakery friend's way seems way more real.

The last time I tried posting without a plan I went silent for three weeks. It makes a huge difference just having a basic schedule to follow.
