I just read that 70% of B2B buyers completely ignore a brand after one bad content experience

Found that in a report from the Content Marketing Institute. It makes me think we should focus less on volume and more on not messing up. How do you even define a 'bad' content experience, though?

Honestly I used to push my team for more blog posts every week. After reading that stat I realized one bad piece can wipe out months of work. Tbh a bad experience for me is when the headline promises an answer but the article just talks about the company.

Push back gently on that stat though @the_jenny, one bad piece can hurt but months of consistent good work usually outweighs it.

Wow, that stat is brutal. I'd define a bad experience as content that's clearly a sales pitch disguised as help. So how do you actually measure that before you publish it?
