Swapped my blow-dry technique after watching a stylist in Austin

Watched a stylist at a competition in Austin use a round brush with cool air at the end to lock in volume, and now I actually get why my clients' hair fell flat before, has anyone else had a simple trick change their whole process?

Wait till you try it on damp not soaking hair. Total game changer.

Honestly, that makes so much sense. Damp hair seems like the sweet spot, I always mess up with soaking wet.
