Fixed a monitor with a cracked panel, but the client didn't believe me
Had a customer bring in a 27" Dell that wouldn't show video. Told them the LCD panel was cracked, but they claimed it wasn't dropped. Spent 30 minutes showing them the spiderweb pattern with a flashlight, still argued. Has anyone else dealt with customers denying obvious physical damage?

hold on, is this really that big of a deal? i mean yeah the guy argued but you proved him wrong in 30 minutes. that seems fine. you got your point across and he still probably paid you right? i feel like some people get way too worked up about customers being stubborn. half the time they just don't want to admit they broke something. it's annoying but it's part of the job. honestly if he paid and left then move on. not every customer needs to agree with you as long as you got the work done.
