Sold a couch on Craigslist in 12 minutes flat but forgot to take the cash
I was at my apartment in Austin last Saturday trying to offload an old IKEA sofa for $80. Someone messaged me right away and showed up 10 minutes later with cash in hand, but I was so excited I let him carry it out while I was still cleaning the spot where it sat. Has anyone else ever gotten so caught up in the rush of a fast sale that you forgot to actually collect the payment?

Did you at least get to keep the spot where the couch sat?

Oh I totally get what you mean @the_rose, but actually the couch sat in front of the window so that spot is still there, just empty now without the furniture piece.
