Can we talk about the pressure to reply to clients right away?
I used to think quick replies were key to keeping clients. Now I see that waiting a bit lets me give better answers and reduces my stress. What's your take on slowing down client communication?

That leaky sink example is spot on. I started telling clients "I'll get back to you by end of day" for non-urgent stuff. It sets a boundary and that pressure to answer right now just vanishes. Game changer for my focus.

Got a text from a vendor while I was in the middle of fixing a leaky sink. Waited till I was done to reply, and my answer was way clearer because I wasn't distracted. Sometimes you just need a minute to get your head straight.

Oh man, I feel that... if I tried to wait till I was done with something, I'd probably forget to text back at all. My brain just drops tasks like hot potatoes sometimes.
