Just compared two ways to track my project hours for a client

I used a simple spreadsheet for the first half of the month, then switched to Clockify for the second half. The app caught 4 hours of admin work I'd have missed, which is about $200 for that client. How do you guys make sure you're billing for every minute?

My own time tracking is so bad I'd probably forget to bill for a full meeting. I'm taking notes from @anna_fox7 and starting the timer for everything, even thinking about starting the timer. That's probably a billable hour right there.

That admin work is the silent killer. I set a timer for literally everything now, even a two minute email, because those scraps add up fast.
