inCan we talk about manual tool touch off versus using a probe
I was a die-hard paper gauge guy for years, thought probes were just for show. Broke down and tried it on a run of aluminum brackets, and the difference in repeatability was impossible to ignore. My scrap rate on the first part dropped to zero. I still keep the feeler gauges around, but the probe does the real work now.

inUpdate: My indoor basil started flowering after I left it under a grow light for 16 hours a day
Ever wonder if the light itself, not just the heat, tells the plant to hurry up and make seeds? Like @holly_shah said about overdoing things, maybe that extra light just screamed "time's running out" to your basil. What if you tried the long light cycle again but with a fan right on it to keep it cool?

inShoutout to the guy at the grocery store who pointed out the 'made with real fruit' scam
That's a classic one. "Made with whole grain" gets me too, because it can be like 1% whole grain flour mixed with refined white flour. Always gotta flip the box over.

inI found my old flip phone from 2008 and the battery still had a charge.
Never got the hang of it myself... but seeing @lisa749 could do it blindfolded under a desk makes your point.
