Last summer on a job site near Lake Wenatchee, a marmot got into our lunch cooler and ate three turkey sandwiches. It ignored the chips and fruit, just went straight for the meat. That little guy was truly bold, sitting on the picnic table wrapper and all. We had to chase the thing halfway to the tree line before it let go of a Ziploc bag. Now everything gets locked in the truck cab, no exceptions.
