AI hiring tool rejected me for a typo in my resume

Applied to a tech company in Austin last week and got an auto-rejection within 2 minutes. Found out later their AI parser flagged my resume because I wrote 'mananger' instead of 'manager' in one bullet point. A human would have brushed it off, but the bot just trashed my application. How many good candidates are getting filtered out over tiny mistakes like that?

My cousin got bounced from a grocery store self checkout last week because the scale didn't detect his bag of apples in 0.5 seconds. Same deal, machines just can't handle small variations.

Man, that's frustrating for your cousin @dylan_bell. Those scales are way too sensitive for normal people just trying to buy apples (or whatever, you know).
