I doubted you could do a whole chicken in the air fryer without it drying out
Tried it last weekend with a 4 pound bird, spatchcocked it first and it came out juicy after 45 minutes. Anyone have a good rub recipe they swear by for poultry?

Totally works, spatchcocking is the key. I just use equal parts salt, pepper, and paprika with a little garlic powder.

Add brown sugar and you're basically making candy, not dinner. Richard's over here with the three-ingredient life while Mark wants dessert chicken.
