Honestly, my barista friend in Portland said something that stuck with me
We were talking about how I always buy the same medium roast beans, and she said, 'You're not drinking coffee, you're drinking a habit.' Tbh, it made me realize I haven't tried a new single origin in like two years. What's a roast or region that got you out of your own coffee routine?

My buddy brought over some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe last month and it totally changed my game. It had this crazy bright, fruity taste that made my usual dark roast taste like ash. Now I grab a different single origin bag every time I go to the shop.
