My family thinks my spaghetti tacos are a crime against food
I tried making spaghetti tacos three weeks ago after a late night craving hit. Used leftover pasta, taco shells, and some shredded cheese - honestly it was amazing. My mom saw me eating one and said it looked like a disaster on a plate. But the crunch of the shell with the saucy noodles just works for me. I learned that some comfort combos are better kept to yourself if you want peace at dinner. Anyone else have a mix that got you weird looks from people?

Honestly that sounds like something I'd sneak at 2am and then lie about. Tell your mom it's fusion cuisine and charge her $14 for it.

Watched my buddy Jake do this with a box of stale Cheez-Its he found in his garage. Put them on a plate with some rosemary sprigs from his yard and called it "heritage artisan crackers." His roommate ate three of them before asking why they tasted like cardboard and regret.

That rosemary trick really elevates the whole "serving stale snacks" aesthetic, doesn't it.
