Overheard a guy at the supply house say he never uses a torque wrench on breakers
He was bragging about how he just tightens them by feel and has never had a call back. I had a job in Cincinnati last year where a loose connection on a 200 amp main caused a small fire. The inspector specifically asked if we torqued to spec. Has anyone else had an inspector actually check, or is this guy just lucky?

See this everywhere with people skipping steps for speed. They get away with it until the one time they don't. That guy's luck will run out eventually.
