Rant: After 20 years, I'm done with the old-style rope grippers on traction jobs.

Switched to the newer wedge-grip system on a retrofit in Kansas City and the install time dropped by a solid 30%. Anyone else made the switch and seen a real difference in the field?

Totally see it with software updates too. They fix one annoying thing and suddenly your whole day feels smoother.
