Spent 20 minutes watching a smart fridge argue with itself at Best Buy

I was at the Best Buy in Austin last Saturday and watched this Samsung smart fridge get stuck in a loop. It kept flashing a notification saying 'Door ajar' even though nobody was touching it. Then the AI voice assistant started asking if I wanted to add milk to my shopping list. I stood there for 20 minutes and counted 47 times it repeated the same cycle. Felt like I was watching a robot having a meltdown over not being able to close its own door. Has anyone else seen smart appliances just completely lose it in a store like that?

Read something the other day about how tech companies keep pushing these "smart" features nobody asked for. 47 times is hilarious, like watching a digital nervous breakdown. I bet that fridge is still there arguing with the toaster.

Bet that fridge forgets more than it remembers by Tuesday.

Honestly I kinda like when tech acts up, makes it feel more alive somehow.
