Showerthought: I used to think 'made with real fruit' meant a decent amount until I saw the tiny blueberry specks in my kid's cereal box.

Now I check the ingredients list for the fruit's actual placement, because finding 'blueberry flavored bits' after corn syrup and red 40 was a wild wake-up call, so what's the most misleading 'contains' claim you've caught lately?

Ever notice how this stuff is everywhere now? My yogurt says "made with real honey" but it's the last ingredient after three types of sugar. It's like they found a way to make the healthy part of the label just a decoration, and we have to become detectives to figure out what we're actually eating.

Wait, isn't the "made with real fruit" thing even worse? I saw a fruit snack box that said "made with real fruit juice" but the first ingredient was still pear concentrate from concentrate. It feels like they use a tiny bit of juice just so they can legally say that, but it's basically candy. The label tricks are getting so specific.

Used to think it was just marketing, but you're right joseph_adams66, that "made with real fruit" label is basically a legal loophole for sugar.
