inAppreciation post: My bullet journal was a mess until I saw my friend's simple key
Oh man, that hits home. I went the other way and ditched the key completely, cold turkey. My brain just started seeing the blank dots and checks as little guilt trips if I didn't fill them. So I switched to just writing the thing in a simple list. Seeing the words "call dentist" feels way more real to me than a hollow square, you know? It stopped being a puzzle to decode and just became my actual plan for the day.

inJust realized how my neighbor's drone hobby explains why our comms gear acts up sometimes.
Maybe check if your neighbor's drone uses the same frequency band as your gear.

Our family of four hits $600 easy in the Midwest.

inLooking for a 3-4 day route in the Sierra after a brutal week on the Lost Coast Trail last month.
Man, the Lost Coast in a rough mood? That stretch after Black Sands can be brutal with the tide windows and all that soft sand. It really pounds your legs into jelly. What part kicked your butt the most? For a Sierra reset, maybe look at something up near Bishop Creek, like looping through Dusy Basin. The trails are more forgiving on the feet, just pure granite and pine needles.

inRant: A customer brought in a 2018 F-150 with a 'simple' dent that turned into a full quarter panel job
Yeah, that's always rough. I had a similar thing with a door ding on my own car last year. Looked like nothing, but the paint was cracked right along a body line. My buddy at a shop showed me how the metal was actually stretched, said filling it would just crack again in a year. Ended up needing a whole new door skin. Sometimes the damage just goes deeper than it looks.
