Hands are still the big tell for AI art in my experience. Some of the newer image models are getting better at simple poses, like an open palm. But ask for a hand holding a coffee mug or making a peace sign, and you'll still get weird extra fingers or twisted wrists. It's a tough problem because hands are so complex. Your best bet right now is to use a good in-painting tool to fix the hands after the fact, or just plan on editing them yourself.
