inMy cooler gave out halfway through a wedding delivery in July heat
My cousin who does catering swears by those big insulated coolers with the gel packs. She says they hold temp for hours even in a trunk.

inHad a customer's special order for a crown roast go sideways right before Christmas Eve pickup
I worked in a butcher shop for five years and we always had a backup plan for holiday orders. One time we had a whole case of ribeyes get damaged in transit. We called our supplier, got a new delivery overnight, and stayed late to cut them. The customer never knew there was a problem. Sometimes you just have to eat the cost of an emergency fix to make it right.

inTIL a bride in Atlanta asked for all white roses or a mix of local wildflowers for her bouquet.
But man, I've seen that go the other way too. Sunflowers can totally wilt and look sad in photos if it's a hot day, and sometimes that "personal" choice just looks messy instead of charming. A pro florist knows how to make things last and look balanced, which is its own kind of perfection that really matters when you're paying for it.
